Delivery times are calculated from when your order leaves our warehouse, not from when you place the order. Please wait for your order to arrive and inspect all items before arranging installation. We do not cover installation costs if products are damaged in transit or unsuitable.

Delivery Methods
Small Items
Letter box size or under 2kg items via Royal Mail. Carefully packaged from our warehouse. Delivery within 2-3 days (or next day with expedited shipping).
Medium Items
Delivered via Parcelforce and TNT. Next business day delivery unless otherwise requested. Contact us immediately if you won't be available for delivery.
Large Products
Specialist delivery for glassware, bath tubs, and items over 30kg. 2-7 working days for England & Wales, up to 14 days for Scotland. You'll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.

30-Day Returns (Key Points)
• 30-day return window; items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. • After 30 days, items in good condition may be refunded at 85%; 15% platform fee is non-refundable. • Used or installed items are non-refundable; returned non-eligible items may be held for 7 days for collection.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer: Small/Medium £10 per item; Large £40 per item. • Refusing delivery or being unavailable for a large-item delivery may incur a £40 return fee. • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Report damage or faults within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. • Refunds/exchanges processed the day we receive the item before 2:00 PM, or next business day after 2:00 PM. • Refunds issued to your original payment method within 24 hours (bank posting times may vary). If an item fails inspection, photos will be provided for courier claims.

• Packaging: Original packaging intact and legible; no severe damage or missing packaging. • Product: No signs of use/installation; protective films intact; no scratches, dents, watermarks, stains, or odours. • Accessories: All screws, parts, seals, manuals, and any free gifts included.
Glass Products: Our Nano Coated Glassware is hand-finished to ensure consistent high quality. Minor imperfections may occasionally appear as marks or bubbles due to the handcrafted process. We're happy to discuss options if issues are visible from 2m in natural lighting.
Stone Resin Products: Hand-crafted using modern stone powder and resin with high-quality satin or gloss finish. Our Colossum range features sharp lines and modern designs with UK standard outlets, adding sophistication to any bathroom.
Ceramic Products: Brilliant white high-gloss ceramic basins made using traditional craftsmanship techniques from 95 years ago. Sizes may vary ±2% due to the handcrafted process. We only sell hand-crafted ceramic basins for premium quality.
