Stone basin has a sealant over the top to protect stone, to prevent sealeant peeling off, the products should be cleaned lightly with warm soapy water. DO NOT use scouring powders/pads , abrasive cleaners, vinegar, lemon juice or other cleaners containing acids; DO NOT use concentrated bleach or Tar based shampoo
We recommend that the products should be installed by certificated plumber.

Our stone basins are all hand cast, meaning they are made by genuine artisans with a passion for the craft, rather than a cold machine. As well as this, they cast the Colossum 19 in one piece, meaning there are no seams that could later crack or leak. This helps the resin bonded stone basin last even longer than its competitors. The basin also has a smooth surface, giving it a polished, modern finish that's both stylish and easy to clean.

What is the waste outlet size and what fitting do I need?

The Colossum 19 has a 45mm waste outlet — the UK standard for bathroom basins. You need a 45mm unslotted (non-overflow) waste fitting — the basin has no overflow channel, so a slotted waste must not be used. Connect to a 1½" (40mm) P-trap or bottle trap with a minimum 75mm water seal depth, as required by Building Regulations Part H. A waste cover plate is not included — choose one that matches your tap finish.

What tap do I need for a no-tap-hole basin?

A wall-mounted basin mixer tap (fitted into the tiled wall above the basin) or a deck-mounted tap (drilled into the adjacent worktop). The basin has no pre-drilled tap aperture, so the tap cannot be fitted to the basin itself. Wall-mounted taps give the cleanest aesthetic , no fitting on the basin surface at all. Ensure the tap spout reaches the centre of the basin bowl: for 700–800mm basins, a 180–220mm spout reach is typically required.

Is the £82.33 price for any size, or is it the starting price?

£82.33 is the starting price for the smallest size in the Colossum 19 rectangular range (500mm). Larger sizes are priced progressively higher. The 1200mm double-user format is at the top of the range pricing.

• 30-day return window; items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. • After 30 days, items in good condition may be refunded at 85%; 15% platform fee is non-refundable. • Used or installed items are non-refundable; returned non-eligible items may be held for 7 days for collection.

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer: Small/Medium £10 per item; Large £40 per item. • Refusing delivery or being unavailable for a large-item delivery may incur a £40 return fee. • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Report damage or faults within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. • Refunds/exchanges processed the day we receive the item before 2:00 PM, or next business day after 2:00 PM. • Refunds issued to your original payment method within 24 hours (bank posting times may vary). If an item fails inspection, photos will be provided for courier claims.
